09/01にAmazon LinuxにてGitのアップデートがリリースされたのでyum updateしようとしたら、”No packages marked for update”となってしまった。
/etc/yum.confを確認したところ、”releasever”の指定が無く、事実上アップデートを取りにいかない状態になっていた。
ここを追記してlatestを見に行くよう設定を追加。
1.変更前
# yum update git Loaded plugins: priorities, update-motd, upgrade-helper 7 packages excluded due to repository priority protections No packages marked for update #
2.設定変更
# cp -p /etc/yum.conf /etc/yum.conf.20170906 # vi /etc/yum.conf
[変更箇所]
15a16 > releasever=latest
3.変更後、再度実行
